So i got a new laptop with a 1tb hdd, i installed a couple games and then decided to clone everything over to a 275gb m.2 ssd i got as well. I used the ease usTodo backup tool to clone everything (68gb or windows 10 and games). cloning went well and i shut down my pc right after. I went into bios and selected my m.2 as the primary boot drive drive. I even disconnected the original hdd. BUT, all windows told me was insert boot device? why is it not booting off my ssd? i can go back and just do a fresh install onto the ssd but that's just a pain in the ass.. Help

thanks

...and this is why you do not clone.

Go find yourself a 4GB USB drive and properly install windows. It's not hard. And it will actually work.

Maybe u didnt clone the system reserved partition...
thats why ur pc wont be able to boot.
try to include the system reserved on cloning process.
personally i always use GHOST 32 for cloning.
Its free and easy and awesome.
