Win 10 wont reset

Hey all, I've tried doing all types of factory reset on my windows 10 laptop, and it comes up with the "Getting things ready this wont take long" then it says "Could not find the recovery environment - Insert your Windows installation or recovery media, and restart your pc with the media. I have no installation disk as it came preinstalled with windows? What do i do as I am trying to reset the laptop to sell it

Get a USB and download the W10 ISO off the microsoft website.

Ya your recovery partition is not intact or nonexistent. The windows 10 usb install tool has a repair option. Follow the instructions on this link to make one for free: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

Not that I know of.

If I delete sys 32 would that not initiate a factory reset?

USB and Disk are the only options that I know of.. So I would probably ask a friend or someone who has a spare USB

No you would REKT windows

Even if you were to delete Sys32, You would still need a repair Windows Installaton

How do you not have a USB drive??

Literally everyone has USB drives these days, it's 2016.

Even my grandparents have USB drives.
