what can i improve on it?

i dont want to higher the price much more!

 

could i also build this parts in a small case like an icecube?

 

edit: maybe someone knows some good silent ventilators?

You have an Matx motherboard so you could get a smaller case to accommodate that. If you want smaller you could go ITX but it might cost a little more.

i would try to get a single 8gb ram stick to upgrade 16gb if is needed, also you can get w10 legally at kinguin for 20 bucks i have heard

Get a better SSD, the v300s had their NAND swapped and are slower than they were when they got reviewed.

For a budget SSD, the Sandisk ones are pretty good. If you have a bit more to put in, a Samsung EVO is a great choice.

Will the newer Hyper X Fury SSD is somehow cheaper than the V300, so that is one example of a SSD that would do better. The Hynix SL308, SP550 and the trion 150 will even do better. I'm no SSD expert though, but I'm more or less sure any of those will be better than the V300 after its NAND swap.
