Hello, im looking to buy full system for my little brother. He is 10 yrs old and he is looking to play lower end titles like Civ V, scrap mechanic, modded Minecraft and a few triple a titles like TF2. I wonder if anyone has any reccomendations for parts with my budget of 800 dollars for the whole stuff, where about 600 dollars goes for the hardware itself. Need help desperatly!

Thy shall do you good

If you have a prebuilt and you can find the windows registry sticker on the case, you can use that for when you install windows.

From the front page of pcpartpicker.com

this is an entry level build that should be able to handle these games. Linus also did a video called the ultimate value gaming build that you could check out. For playing low end games like minecraft, csgo, and probably civ v these should be good.

The linked one on pc part picker should leave you some room to buy a decent monitor and some good peripherals.

Bad idea. What if it's damaged during shipping, or what if it was returned for having problems, and resold?

880K, has only 1 stick of 8GB RAM so you have an open slot later.  That way, if you upgrade it, you don't have to discard any.  I got you a nice 22 inch 1080p IPS monitor.  Speakers w/subwoofer, and a headset.  Also a pretty decent gaming keyboard/mouse combo.

The GPU is not a big issue so i can get by by something like a gt 760

There is no GT 760, unless you meant the 730.  But either way, for not much more, the RX 460 will last much longer.  Look at the build I posted, it includes everything, hardware, peripherals, OS, for $120 less than your total overall $800 budget.

I was thinking of using Kinguin, since it's only like $25, but I know some people on here are weary of it.
