Thank You.

Connecting MDM242-sc2-032 SSD intalled on a  SYBA M.2 PCI-e  PCI-e 3.0 x4 Card Model SI-PEX40110 and connected to a  Gigabyte Z97 gaming 3 Motherboard. Are they compatible, because they are not being detected by Bios or Windows 7.

that SYBA adapter is for PCIe based SSDs and not for SATA or mSATA ones - for that you need a host adapter

The IOCrest SI-PEX40110 allows you to install an M.2 NGFF PCIe SSD with a high or low profile PCI 3.0 x4 card to your System. It is designed to work only with 'M' key M.2 PCIe SSD. Not compatible with a 'B' key M.2 PCIe x2 SSD or 'B' key M.2 SATA SSD.

you need something like: http://www.microsatacables.com/m2-pcie-ssd-to-pcie-and-m2-sata-ssd-to-sata-iii-converter-m2-pcie-sata-brk

Is there a M.2 ssd that is compatible with that adapter ? I feel the adapter is more useful to me than the small ssd. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

any m.2 PCIe based SSD

but, for W7 you need to inject the NVMe driver in the installer otherwise it won't detect it
