just a board upgrade and cheaper rams

i assume you are buying a lot of 6700s to get that price?

you can cut 15$ if you go for a phantom spirit 120 but frozen notte is cheap enough that its also a valid option if you want aesthetics

psu is pretty meh but itll do just fine

you sure you cant find 5600(x) for cheaper used or buying in lots? cause theyre usually ~80$ used

Thanks for all the responses and I'll look into buying a lot of 5600x's or finding a cheaper one used. I just found an auction for a 6700xt for $112 at https://www.ebay.com/itm/135078174875?epid=2316178636&itmmeta=01HZ0A121XSPJ5H2HQXEXNT2WT&hash=item1f7349609b:g:nisAAOSwNaBmVPu~&itmprp=enc%3AAQAJAAAAwGBkusc9KeaSbr7DupTwQ8PvbOLdCewy%2F9qaD7BzQagX%2B4yZb7uLMmmcA6ow0EnYInidvuUzSzKtBRd3L6ZpXAdDhNlx2xy0McrFaGR%2BUXo%2BySosS6y44OoltSozeJbv0WKstTkBLuXCICmrX4uWCzBliP9N0bNrB6kXljmuli%2F7bopz4M3tMAjoaqg5AP5yxQj8bRn%2Fqnk59UlKK0VrG2kzvEzYRGctb1ZVt8OaZafq74x1eMNNa2JGmLPd4OuhQQ%3D%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR5yhhIr4Yw. I'll stick with the Ram because its a decent performance boost for not much more and I'll change the motherboard to a better one but not the one you recommended due to the lack of support for 3600 ram speeds.  New List: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tkWWqR
