Completely depends on you and the seller.

Usually if someone has a rating between 97-100% you're all good.

"It's complicated" is my short answer, because depending on your morals G2A can either be the worst company ever or the best. Just know that there is more of a risk of "something" undesirable happening than just buying directly from EA(or wherever).

Yes but ALWAYS Get shield, have only ever had one bad deal and that was sorted and refunded easily... Just always go with a person with decent rep, though most of the lowest costing ones have decent anyway.

You can trust g2a for the key to be legit, you however cant really trust g2a for the source of the keys to be legit.

(The days of these keys coming from good deals are over, it's all either keys aquired trough scamming developers, credit card fraud, and other similar means)

Basicly, if you want the game cheaper, and are okay with your money funding a criminal organisation instead of the developer, g2a is the way to go.

No you can't. That's the point. There's a reason it's cheaper and it's not because strangers are doing you favors or that they've discovered some secrets you didn't.

If you want legitimate cheap codes try Gamesplanet.uk and if you want regional/gray codes try cdkeys instead. G2A/Kinguin are the 2 to avoid at all costs though.

G2A is kinda hit or miss tbh.

My friend bought Titanfall from there ( it was  trusted guy, atleast from his rep).

He played with me for a week then the game got disappeared from his Origin account.

Later after messing with G2A support, he got is game back.

Dont know what was the reason behind.

But yea, its a shady site you never know when the bad things gonna happen.

have bought at least 20 times there, never had a Problem. But it's still a marketplace .. so you can't be 100% sure.

For a year or so i have only been buying game here:

https://www.instant-gaming.com/igr/gamer-cbf9bc/

often even cheaper then G2A, and more legit. Key arrives in seconds.

Use the G2A Shield every time you purchase and you will be mostly fine. I say mostly.. I've had issues that haven't been resolved, though it may be down to my own human error. The irony is that with the shield, half the time they're the same price as everywhere else.

I always recommend buying from steam or the windows store or origin where possible as while g2a isnt the bad guy the sellers can be, there has been several stories of devs having to shut down as what a lot of the sellers do is buy credit card numbers from grey market sites buy boat loads of keys and then charge them back so not fun for a little indie dev. so its up to you at the end of the day but they are doing damage to the one of the best things about pc gaming in my opinion

I lurk a lot
