CSGO changes from television mode to computer monitor mode

every time i alt tab in CSGO now it changes me from television mode to computer monitor mode. and freezes a little when i open csgo again too. It is really annoying and just started doing it recently. I tried all the basics like reinstalling, validating,rebooting, etc. any other ideas? Thanks

Maybe make an auto exec file to always have your settings consistent? But IDK if there is even  a command for TV/computer mode. Also check your current auto exec file to make sure nothing is messed up. Just an idea.
