PC restarts everytime from cold boot

Hello,

 

Long time subscriber, just made an account for the site and this is my first post.

 

Recently built a custom desktop and works fine but every time I boot from "shut down" it restarts itself after ten minutes of being on, whether I use it or not. After this initial restart, it works proper and does not restart itself ever again... unless I shut down and boot up from there. It does this constantly and I have not been successful in troubleshooting or researching online for solutions. (this is partly because I don't know what this problem is called and is too long to describe it in a search bar)

Please help me come up with a solution.

Little about my PC:

Processor:           Intel Core i7 5820K @ 3.30GHz   (too afraid to overclock with this rebooting problem, will after it’s resolved)

Mobo:                  ASUS x99-Deluxe

RAM:                     16 GB Dual-Channel DDR4

Graphics:             NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 EVGA

Storage:               223GB SSD (Boot Drive)

OS:                         Win10

PSU:                      CoolerMaster Silent Pro M 1000W

Watercooling:    Corsair H100i

 

It doesn’t seem to cause any problems with performance but waiting ten minutes every time it boots from shut down causes unnecessary delay to workflow less I risk losing unsaved work at the start of the process. For now, I just wait and do menial tasks or walk away but I would like to reliably work from the very start.

You will have to reinstall windows, See if that works.

That simple? I'll have to back up my data but I cannot do that now. I will give it a shot after I finish my work on it. Thank you. I'll let you know what comes of it when I do.
