Reconnect to wifi as a different device ?

Hello !

Is it possible to reconnect your smartphone to an access point without it recognizing your device and without direct access to the access point ?

That would be great. #meme

Locked, this could potentially be illegal depending on where you are, and definitely illegal elsewhere (in most jurisdiction, simply connecting to an open WiFi without the owner's permission is illegal).
