well because he doesn't have a max budget unlike us poor peasants so give him the absolute best possible.

No it doesn't even make sense then. If he is using the PC 24/7 and need ECC for gaming yeah right. Also he doesn't have a $12,000 10 bit monitor. If he truly doesn't have a budget I would get the new Tesla GPUs or a render box of them.

It is in 99% of games, around 99% of the time. Highest core BASE clocks of any Intel consumer-y CPU, let alone OCing.
