Posted September 25, 2016 So, I'm planning on doing a 5k NZD build soon... Was curious what people would recommend. Will be used mainly for gaming, with a decent amount of programming and other work and possibly some content creation... Few Important things: - Not go over 5000 NZD - Parts need to be available on this site: nz.pcpartpicker.com - Must Include a Monitor (Min 2k Preferably) - CPU Must Be 6700k - Be Ready for SLI, But please don't have 2 GPU's - I only need and want 16GB of ram, but having expandability to 32 is a must. - Only needs a 256/512GB High Speed SSD and nothing else (Preferably a 256 high speed m.2, and not PCI as that uses lanes from the cpu) - For case if you can be bothered recommend something sexy ;P Interested in seeing what ppl come up with xD... Also forgot to mention that using this is super useful aswell... http://pricespy.co.nz/ <= Probably even better... Just noted PCPartpicker as its generally requested here ~ Main Rig ~ - Ryzen 9 3950X 16 Core 32 Threads - EVGA 3090 KINGPIN HYBRID - 32GB DDR4 3600mhz - - 6TB SSD Array + 2TB MP600 NVME Gen4 Boot - - Gigabyte X570 AORUS MASTER - Lian li O11 Dynamic XL - NZXT Kraken X73 + 16 Noctua NF-A12x25 Fans - ~ Accessories ~ - Logitech G915 + G903 - LG C9 OLED - PG279Q 27'' [1440p 165hz G-Sync] + PG27AQ27'' [4k 60hz G-Sync] - - 2x 1440p Portrait 25'' Dell - DT 990 Pro Headphones - ~ Servers ~ - 100TB NAS + Server's w/ 6700k - 32 + 64GB Ram - NVME Boot - Gigabit Unlimited Fiber -
