On the CPU Cooler? Or....  I assume at that price the whole kit and caboodle, so what @Glenwing said, best one out there for the money, I have a first hand account of it's greatness and I can highly recommend it.

Available from 3pm to Midnight Eastern Time (GMT-5). (>'-')> <('-'<) ^(' - ')^ <('-'<) (>'-')> You can't stop the kirby dance.

I have found that the hyper 212 evo and plus models are nearly identical in performance so whichever one you can find cheaper go for that.

Spoiler

AMD R7 1800X, H100i GTX, AMD Radeon RED DEVIL 5700XT, ASUS STRIX B350-F GAMING, 16gb DDR4 3000, 1Tb, 2 X SEAGATE 1Tb, Coolermaster V1200 Platinum, NZXT H440 red/black, STEEL SERIES AEROX 3, DUCKY X POWER COLOR RED DEVIL KEYBOARD, Microsoft xbox 360 wired controller, LG ULTRAWIDE.

Hyper 212 is pretty much best cheap cooler for CPU. For bit more invesment all Noctua and Dark Rock cooolers come to price range. For mobo you don't need anything extra since case and cpu coolers will keep it cool enough.

Get a hyper 212 it s great.

if you rly want quiet and got cash left over, just slap a quieter fan on it instead of the noisier stock fan.

Anything I write is just a comment, take is as such, there is no guarantees associated with anything I say.

BeQuiet! Shadow Rock 2. It's around £38 here in the UK, so it should be right within your price range if the price converts properly. Lot's of thermal mass=Very good performance.

Oops, sorry I converted it the wrong way. My bad!

Anyway, to the OP, I would also reccommend the Enermax ETS-T40-TB.
