PCI-e to M.2 extension

I am looking to buy PCI-e to M.2 extension card.

I have found this one on eBay for $10 and it is also in black which is nice. However they say it is UP TO 3300M/s so I find that a bit suspicious... they dont say if it is MB or Mb.. just M/s.

That board just transforms the physical shape of the connector and should impose no limitations on the speed of the drive.

The seller probably just googled 'fastest PCI SSD' and put that number in the description.
