Those cables are for the EVGA G2/P2.

You want these for the Corsair RMx:

http://www.performance-pcs.com/cablemod-c-series-rmi-rmx-basic-cable-kit-red.html

You only get a basic set with that which consists of the 24 pin ATX, 8 pin cpu and 2 x 6+2 pci-e.

perfect thanks for following up on that for me

+1 for the i7 since you're not only gaming but also streaming. However if you're not really serious about the streaming part (that is you don't have an income from it or will probably not have any in the near future) you could get away with an i5. The i5 will perform very similarly even when streaming, however if you still want that extra 10% of performance go with the i7.

Regarding the cooler don't get a liquid cooler, get a silent air cooler you'll get the same performance and won't have to worry about leaks.

Also keep in mind that you will not be looking at your computer 99% of the time, you will be looking at the monitor. If you are so close at the budget you cannot buy a better monitor ditch the case coolers or get a cheaper version of the 1070 (450$ is quite a price, you can save 10-20$ from that) and get a 1440p monitor.
A better monitor not only will make your experience better but it will be able to make more use out of the GPU.

Hey man thanks for the great detail with the feed back.  Do you have a suggestion for a great value 1440p monitor? im no MLG player so I think I would prefer really great colors rather than maxed out refresh rate and response time.  Also, any suggestion on a cooler that would fit nicely in this build?

A couple of good, budget, 1440p monitors are the Asus PB258Q and the Dell UltraSharp U2515H (both feature some really sweet stands too -expect some light bleed though, especially with the Dell one-). However there are more monitors out there, see if you can go to a local store where they have multiple running side by side, scout out what you like.

When to comes to the cooler, the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO, it will keep your CPU quite cool and will leave you room for a bit of an overclock. Furthermore, you're going to save quite a few bucks to invest in a good monitor. If in a few years you decide to overclock the CPU to its limits you can install a liquid cooler, but that's not something you'll need anytime soon imo.  There are also more expensive solutions that will be more silent though, such as Noctua coolers and the Be Quiet Dark Rock series.

thoughts on what I have here? Better fans/lights you can suggest that fit the theme still?

This http://pcpartpicker.com/list/XWfdbj

-Changed the Mobo to a better one and a better looking one

-For only $90 (Considering MIR) you can get a 750W G2 which is also high end like the RMx, has 100w more and is $10 cheaper (Considering MIR, but don't forget to get PSU Cables for the EVGA G2)

-I would highly recommend the Silent Wings, there not that good looking but are for sure better than those Corsairs...

-Changed the monitor for a cheaper one that is also very good and is bigger with a 1ms response time, it does not have IPS tho.5
