I google audiophile grade music player. The price killed it for me. Any ones under $100 and will play and store flac?

Still, doesn't answer why you would want to use flac on a phone. With the DAC that is inside phones the only thing you're going to notice with flac is the lack of storage space.

Honestly using some 215s on your phone, FLAC is irrelevant as the DAC in the phone will not be good enough 

The Shure se 215s are good but probably not good enough to warrant flac of a decent AAC file
