Google Allo Release (With Changes)

Google's new privacy app launches today with some changes simce the annoncement.

 

It was originally planned to be a messaging app with end to end encryption, to accompany their popular Hamgouts. Now as a default, the messages will be stored (encrypted) on Google's servers until they are manually deleted by the user. 

 

However, there is an Incognito Mode that opperates much in the same fashion as the original announcement.
