Anything I should change? (There will probably be a 1-2TB  HDD added eventually)

Also a question about how I should but things.

Should I A: Get the bare minimum to get going and add stuff later (There will be a list below of what that will be)

B: Wait even longer to get everything at once? (See list above)

If I get what I need first it would be:

CPU: Intel Core i7-6800K 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor  ($428.06 @ NCIX US)

Motherboard: MSI X99A GAMING PRO CARBON ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard  ($319.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory  ($159.99 @ Newegg)

Power Supply: Corsair 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($129.78 @ Amazon)

And use what I have (Raijintek Triton, MSI R9 270X HAWK, SSD+HDD, NZXT H440 (or get the EVGA case, not sure yet))

      >From there I would buy GPU>Cooler>Storage>Fans>Monitors>Keyboard

Thoughts? I call it the Rainbow-corn because I might have a go at a non-stop rainbow factory machine

I would choose this edited list of your list because 1. Having the same program for your mouse and keyboard will be easier 2. Add the HDD in now so you know for sure it is there

Other than that it looks good, have a fun time building it! -- http://pcpartpicker.com/list/B6Wn6X

Ok thanks. Im not actually sure whether it will be a corsair keyboard or a Logitech keyboard yet. Also I will probably have a NAS by that time

Also, why the RAM change? (I had a 4x8Gb kit so my RAM slots won't look so empty)

I forgot when I took it off, so my mind kind of derped and thought you only had a 2X4Gb kit (for some reason). Sorry, it is only a suggestion.
