So my room is pretty cold. I have a desktop, but its in another room. So my idea was to make a desktop dedicated to heating my room. Now here are my thoughts. Instead of me getting a 500W space heater I could just get a 500W desktop and do the same thing. So, here are the requirements and I need part suggestions:

1. Around $300-$400 USD. (I can go over if there is a huge performance gain for like $50 (like being able to get a GTX 960 for $100 used but a 980 for $150.))

2. Quiet (Want it to be pretty quiet)

3.Small (Would like to keep it on a shelf or something)

4. Great at F@H or Boinc. (My plan to generate the heat is to do F@H or something)

5. Power consumption doesn't matter

6. Used is great if I can get more for my buck.

So does anyone have any thoughts on what to get?

This will also be used as my guest PC so it probably needs to be able to run games
