Profile Page Clipping Header

I noticed that on profile pages the profile picture and 'Content Count' banner both clip in front of the header which usually stays at the top, and it looks quite out of place.

 

Let's use Mr. TechTips' page as an example:

I am not sure if this is intentional or a bug, but either way it is annoying :P
