Curious if this would work

Zusafek

Ok...I've posted up in this section once before but I'm trying to lower my budget by doing a slow build.

First of all, I have my PS (650 watt bronze rating) and I was basically going to sorta swap my components from the hardly usable Lenovo tower its in to something a bit better.  Leaning towards a Cooler Master 5 mid tower or a Phanteks case.

What I was wondering is if I took the Core i5 4460 from my Lenovo...would I have any issue looking for a new 1150 socket mother board so I don't have to reuse the rather lack luster Mobo from Lenovo.

After that its going to be getting a new graphics card.  That is where I'm running into issues.  I'm trying to stay under $300 dollars and I'm not worried about VR or 4K gaming as well....I don't think I'll be getting into that area for quite a while.  (my son takes priority)
