I need help

So I don't have enough money to buy my rig + peripherals so do you guys recommend me buying my peripherals first or build my rig first.

P.s I have a computer I'm using now which isn't good. I'm also building my own individual pc

Definitly buy the rig first, I did the mistake a long time ago of buying expensive periphs because it ends up being wayyyyy cheaper then a good rig, but honnestly putting that extra cash towards the rig wont make u regret it.

buy the rig first, you can make do with a cheap keyboard/mouse/monitor but you can't with cheaper pc components.

I bought good peripherals before my pc, though that's because I needed peripherals about a year before my computer.

get an i7 6700k, the i5 WILL bottleneck the gtx 1070 in 1080p 144hz. also, i'd swap out the NiC for a cryorig m9i or h7. otherwise everything else is fine.

the i5 6600k will be more stuttery compared to the i7 6700, even when heavily overclocked.

Yes, but it's quite hard to reach that limit. You need LN2 and a binned chip but on your setup it will also have one but from temps  You should get aroung 4.5GHz

If you stay under 85 degrees at max (AIDA64 load) then you'll be fine
