A better CPU, a better GPU, a more reliable power supply, and 480GB of solid-state storage which just makes everything faster. This configuration will allow you to max out almost every single AAA title out there. However, if you're damn certain you won't play anything besides CS:GO, you don't need to spend this much and can get the same performance with a $450 PC. If you're looking into becoming a competitive player, I'd recommend investing the extra cash in a low-latency, high refresh-rate monitor and a gaming mouse instead, and using parts like a Core i3 6100 and an RX 460 instead.
