More expensive (ok twice the price) but it was the smallest MATX case I could find that could fit everything necessary, except an AIO cooler. I use http://pcpartpicker.com/product/wjmLrH/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhu12s  which is $40 cheaper than the AIO you picked, to offset against the cost of the case. The tower cooler gets enough air from the 180mm fan above, that when the CPU is under light load the cooler fan doesn't spin, or the rear 120mm fan either, it makes for a very quiet system.

I'd also recommend a shorter PSU, such a Silverstone one, it will give you valuable room for cable management. If you can find the spare money, the short cable kit Silverstone sells for their PSUs also makes fitting everything in easier. I did have to use the longer PSU supplied CPU 8 PIN, but the rest are a much better length for the case.
