USB write protected

I am having problem deleting or writing files, I cant format the usb.

So I tried to diskpart with command  attributes disk clear readonly and It did nothing. I even tried regedit and still nothing, maybe im not doing it right on regedit.

Can someone help me with it so I can write to the usb again?

open disk management and find the disk number your usb is regarded as

then open diskpart in cmd (like before)

then type "select disk X" (X being the number your usb is given)

then type clean (this will nuke everything SO MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT NUMBER as ive done this wrong before and completely lost everything on my SSD)

it might be that one of your Io usb connectors is broken

I have had a problem similar to yours. it was a malfunctioning usb device, and no matter what i tried it just wouldnt work. Yours is probably not working either so unless you really want to try and fix it, i would recommend just buying a new one.
