My friend is looking for the best video card under $150, but he can be a little flexible

I have the 750 ti, 950, 460, and 470 in mind. And, if we can find a 480 for a good price, i could go with that.

What'll it be LTT Forums?

The RX 460 is underrated and performs well. It can't be beat for the price.

What's the budget total?

750 Ti is a very good card if you don't have PCIe power outputs from the PSU.

Better would be the 460 4GB.

the 460 can be had for around $100 to $120 USD and is in my mind the best budget card for 1080p gaming and even beats out the gtx 750ti.
