Problem with Multiple Pci Express Capture Cards from same vendor

Hello,

Recently I bought 2 of the following pci E Capture cards. When i plug the cards individually to both the slots, it works perfectly. But when i plug both cards together it does not work. Device manager shows 2 separate cards as well. But when i try to capture video, it does not show anything (Audio from hdmi is received but not video).

Is there any special way to plug 2 cards from the same vendor to the same motherboards?
