Fan lifespan?

Will having my case fans run stopped/slow reduce their life?  At the moment when the system is fully loaded (100% CPU) the fans are at ~ 460rpm, when the CPU/GPU is ideal the fans stop altogether.

They are the standard 12cm fans that came in my Antec P100 case.  Are there fans designed to run at these really lower RPM?

No, running fans at lower speeds is fine.

i have never had a fan in any of my PCs ever fail, the closest i have gotten was when i dug up a server fan that had been smushed under loads of stuff for a few years and that had damaged one of the blades slightly so it sounded wonky but worked fine, fans are troopers and running them at lower RPM is no porblem

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
