What amazes me are the sellers that say "I dont have time"

Its perplexing because building a computer, actually installing the parts doesnt take long at all.

It makes me wonder, and think something is wrong with the item they are selling.

That phrase is more common in the automotive classifieds, which is another annoyance, especially the people that sell for a living.

Bad pictures, bad title picture, not listing if its 4x4 or automatic/manual. I think the people that sell for a living do it on purpose so they get you to call them or email them.
