$349 is about the normally price for a R9 290x

 

EDIT: Actually a new one from them is  $519.99  for the cheapest sooo you may want to buy from some other amazon person

You do have to be careful with Amd used cards. A lot of people use them to bitcoin mine and that really wears down cards. Though of course if it's being sold by amazon even if it's from a small seller it's more than likely safe. I just sold my R9 390 and the guy that bought it is going to use it to bit coin mine. So i basically sent it off to it's demise. Most likely though it's just because Nvidia released the 10 series cards that are absolute beasts and these older cards can't really  compete for the prices they use to be capable of.
