What is the best processor I can get fort $240 Canadian max. Preferably Intel, quad core and newer model.

Because its not overclock-able. If you want to overclock try i5 6600k (its awesome).

I think everything will be fine.

It will work but you can't overclock your cpu on this board, for that you need a z170 motherboard.

It will work but that's a k series CPU with a non-overclocking motherboard. Get an i5-6500 instead to save yourself some money but other than that it's all good.
