Is this PC build good?

No need for expensive m.2 SSD. Normal SATA should be fine

Get a 1TB HDD just in case

Don't get 1070 reference (founders edition). Get an after cooler

Cheaper mobo. No need for a 200$ mobo

Id say that a good idea would be to get a 6600k and a cheaper mobo and get an aftermarket-cooler 1080 instead.

Theory is when you know everything but nothing works. Practice is when everything works but you dont know why. In this computer, theory and practice are combined: Nothing works and i dont know why.

Atleast i can manage Some things, like my current OC personal best.

This build is amazing but if you still have some headroom in your budget, go for the 1080. Better performance overall.

"May your frame rates be high and your temperatures low"

I misread titles/posts way too often--correct me if I don't.
