What is your budget? What resolution do you want to play at? You need a Z170 motherboard if you want to overclock, otherwise get the non-K i7 to save money.  760W is overkill, 500W is fine.

Here's a question, why the 1080? You will be programming. I spent most of my budget on buying nice ergonomic mice, keyboard, and an updesk and comfy chair. I just needed a 6800k for vms (since i do back-end development) and a lot of storage along with some nice be quiet fans. You are going a little over kill on the gpu. (i bought a strix 750ti just for aesthetics)  save some money on that and get a 6800k.
