Software for file backup

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a software solution to make automatic backup of files and folders from my OS ssd to my storage HDD. I would like something that :

 

- Detects modified files or new folders to make backup of only new or modified files;

- Makes automatic (planned) backups, i.e. monthly to every minute;

- Conserves the path of files and folders;

- Doesn't take too much ressources when working in background.

 

Any suggestions ?

Windows Backup. Now that you can also make recovery discs and System Image backups...it's all around a great free tool.

Macrium Reflect , this is the one I've had the best luck with and easy to use.

Yes I know about windows backup, I was just wondering if any third party software was largely used for this and had better feedback.

I like Cobian quite a bit.  I think it meets all your listed needs.
