The provided hotspot with asus deluxe II wont work. I have been using ethernet this whole time and the reason i bought it was for the wifi. It acts like an asus x99 a II because no wifi. Windows 10 won't work with it.

Did you install the wireless network drivers for the motherboard?

Are you using Win10's Hosted Network function? http://www.windowscentral.com/how-turn-your-windows-10-pc-wireless-hotspot

Moved to Networking.

This is for if you have all the drivers installed and still nothing. :go into services.msc (through win + R) make sure function Discovery Providor Host, SSDP Discovery, UPNP Device Host, and WLAN Autoconfig, are all Started and set to automatic. I've run into this issue with windows before and you then need to make sure Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center\Advanced sharing settings are set to what you need.
