How do add programs on Windows

So i just did a clean install after some problems with windows, so now i have about 700GB of stuff on my HDD (which wasnt wiped), so how do i add the programs to windows, they dont show up in control panel

You don't, they will need to be re-installed. You will have lost all the registry settings, any system files they installed and the installer entry in the installed programs list. They are just 700GB of files that Windows can't do much with.

If they are steam/gog/origin games, then you should be able to just install steam/gog/origin and direct it to your old steam/gog/origin folder

They should be able to find your games without any problems, even though your registry is wiped

never mind , first i tried to copy , it was telling me it would take 2h , now i just moved them from file to file instantly. ...K...

Games from Steam and Origin are easy. Rest of software isn't. You can use them, if you have also backup'd config folders. But they won't show in start menu or add/remove since Windows doesn't know they are already installed. Some will still work.
