144hz csgo rig

Im not really familiar with monitors as much, but would this system be able to play csgo at a constant 200-300fps, since its not very difficult to run, aswell as record 1080p60fps smoothly off shadowplay(i do a bit of youtube :D) with some other games like warframe, overwatch,etc...? thanks for the help. I also need help on picking a 144hz monitor

If you want to record and get smooth gameplay, you're probably gonna need more than a 950.  I would recommend a 1060 for 1080p, but everything better than a 950 will work so much better and be a lot smoother.  The monitor I would recommend is the BenQ XL2411Z.  It has a 144Hz refresh rate, 1080p, and Nvidia's 3D Vision.

You will have 144hz fun in CS:GO and you will for sure manage fine in Overwatch with 60+ but Warframe I have never tried!

you should be fine csgo but i think overwatch is a little more graphics intensive (i think)

I dont like the CPU choice.  Its more than 5 years old... i3 skylake would do a much better job.

Get like an RX 460 instead of a 950. It's much faster IIRC. And for the monitor I highly recommend the ASUS VG248QE. It doesn't need any introduction, one of the most popular 144Hz monitors for a reason.

That CPU will be fine in CS:GO and Overwatch! Not sure about Warframe, that game could be poorly optimized...

not sure why you picked the 6350 when the fx 8300 is better(not by too much) for less. i'd recommend that instead.

I play with a i7 and gtx 750 I get 80-90 fps on maxed out settings, the game is GPU bound

Indeed a FX should be able to reach 200 or higher on the majority of maps so 144 should be easy!

I don't know if you already have the parts you've listed, but there are definitely better options in both the CPU and GPU department. The 6300 came out in 2012, making it a dinosaur in computer years. I have a machine running an FX 6100 (similar to the 6300, but even older) and an R9 280 that can run CS very well at max settings (close to 144 Hz but not quite there) but tanks if doing any screen capture or editing/exporting raw footage to formats supported by YouTube. I recently did a build using the RX 460, and for the price that thing is a monster. If you can pair that up with a Skylake i3 (or, if you can stretch the budget and/or cut some corners, an i5) you'll see a large increase in performance especially while doing screen capture through something like OBS (highly recommend) and  will be able to get videos on YouTube much quicker.
