Looking for new motherboard + cpu

So my MSI H55M-E33 seems to finally be dying, so I figured its about time I got a new motherboard, and I need some recommendations.

I'm looking for a mATX board with 4 DIMM slots, preferably DDR3. I'm going to need a new cpu, so recommendations on that are appreciated too. I'm looking at getting a GTX 1060 or 1070, so I don't want anything that would be a bottleneck.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Wow, I hadn't really looked at the newer platforms but the prices look good. Thanks for the suggestion
