Hello can someone do for me 750€  +/-  50€ build?

This money is for the computer only.  

 

Aim: Well it is for friend and he will do amateur editing for Youtube videos and mostly gaming at 1080p. He wants to play games such as GTA V // Fifa 16/17 // Rocket League // Battlefield // Wicher 3 and etc.
