Trying out the Blue Team!

I've heard horror stories of people switching from AMD to Intel, that they lose all of their data and have to reinstall Windows and all of their programs.

 

I just swapped from an FX-9590 to an I7-6700k and the PC was like, "Uhh, I didn't even notice." 

 

Has anyone had this happen to them, or is it just me?

Lol no.


I did lose my product key for Windows for like 30 minutes but then I contacted MS support and got it resolved.

i like linux

I've swapped both windows and linux between various systems. The worse that can happen is Windows asking for a new product key, and automatically installing new drivers.
