Computer restarting randomly

Whenever I start up overwatch my computer restarts, I tried other games and it seems ok. It also restarted halfway through writing this post which was the first time it has done it out of a game. I ran a stress test on both my CPU and GPU and kept an eye on the temp, my computer didn't restart on either of the occasions I also ran a virus scan to eliminate that. Any other suggestions of what it is and how to fix it?(side note, my pc specs are:

Intel core i5 4690k

gtx970

corsair rm650i

cooler master Nepton 240m

corsair vengeance 2x8gb

nzxt h440

 

nothing is overclocked. Ok I might of posted this before but I didn't really get a reply and I want to be able to rest easy about the situation.

Anything pop up in eventviewer? Any critical errors to indicate a reason why?

When it restarts it just restarts as normal

What I mean is in your event logs. Start > type EventViewer or Event Logs. Is there anything that pops up in there, if so copy and paste the messages around the time it restarts (leave out any confidential stuff you don't want to share like folders/user).

I can't find anything, I don't really know how to use eventveiwer.

it shows you an error code instead of instantly restarting. At least it was in windows 7 this way. No idea if its the same in windows 10

I'm running Windows 10 I'll try and turn it on and post the error code
