A 650 watt PSU should be plenty and for brands a Seasonic or other reputable one from this list should be fine:

A 650w+ would be sufficient. 

 

Anything from Tier 1-3 on the PSU tier list in my signature would be good.

650W is enough. An EVGA 650G2 will do you nicely. 480s don't overclock that well so you really don't need a lot of wattage.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
