If you haven't watched it, an earlier show that is very excellent is Battlestar Galactica. Just make sure to watch the miniseries first. There are also a couple of direct to DVD "movies" - Razor and The Plan. Both are good, but not essential. They add extra backstory. There's also the "Pilot" movie, which was released as a multipart webseries, then later stitched back together: Blood and Chrome (It takes place during the first Cylon War, and is pretty solid).

For newer stuff? Well you've covered most of the basics. If you're into a bit more comedy focused shows, I would highly recommend Brooklyn Nine-Nine - it stars Andy Sandberg and Terry Crews, and it's actually both super hilarious, and surprisingly very well acted. Terry Crews is actually a really good actor, and a great character.

There are other, longer running shows, like Castle. If you want something more sci-fi and action oriented, there's Falling Sky (I'm midway through Season One, and it's mixed from decent to amazing), and The 100, which is combination fucking awesome, combination young adult/adult drama.

Suits is good until you get to Season 3.

Lillyhammer starring Steven Van Zandt was awesome, I could not get enough of that show. Only 2 or 3 seaons.

Sliders was a great series.

LOST

The Outter Limits

Quantum Leap

The Twilight Zone

LOL well if you're gonna bring Sliders into the mix, you've GOT to mention SeaQuest DSV!
