Which router is better?

My old one is done for and not putting out a  signal far enough. I am considering the two options listed below. I want something fast and can put out a signal pretty far. Price range is 200$ and lower. Please explain why one is better than the other or reccommend me something better. Ty?

Best thing I'd recommend is getting a good managed switch and dropping wires where you need them and using hotspots at the ends. That way computers can be wired and phones will have their wireless as well.
