you cant go any cheaper than the Kingston V300 120GB SSD

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

just be aware,
kingston V300 is pretty bad
and if youre looking on the used market avoid the Samsung P851 , its often parted from old Dell systems and is also a terrible ssd

I would suggest to save up a bit to get a 250GB SSD as it would be more useful in the long run but one good one is the Samsung 750 EVO.

A-Data SP550, SP600, and SP900 , SanDisk X400 and Z400s, Crucial BX and MX series, and Kingston HyperX.

The last one isn't in my usual recommendations but I added it just in case it's cheaper than the rest in your area.

64GB is too small for an OS drive these days with updates being constant.

The funny thing about the used drive is that it's "formatted" so if you wanted to be a dick you could rebuild the MFT and show him whatever questionable material he had on the drive... Run "clean all" from diskpart when selling drives, people.

Also the used drive is SATA II 3Gbps.
