I like the first one better. The i7-6700k is plenty for gaming, and will last you the next 4-5 years no doubt with each generation only being about 10% better.

I'd get a high end air cooler or mid end like the BeQuiet! Shadow Rock 2 ( I think that is the name ) and get a bit better case like the NZXT S340

The second one is cheaper and better value for money. I dont recommend getting AIO water as you can get high end air performing better for the same price.

Should run games maxed at around ~55fps or above 60 if you turn a few settings down to high.

should i have a water cooling cpu or just go with nocuta NH-D15  and should i change the motherboard

Not always AIO liquid coolers are the best option.

one morme thing should i build a water colling Psu or What it is and do i have this motherboard or do i change it and Why should i do that
