Okay, So we just installed new DSL.

Everything is working on my laptop, ethernet aswell as wireless.

But when i connect my desktop to the router via LAN cable, i get an error when i google search saying "Connection not secure"

But i am able to connect to steam and run updates, and also connect to websites directly like linustechtips.com/

But not google searches.

Ive contacted the ISP and everything is working on their side, Ive changed the wireless Key multiple times as well as the SSID.

All help will be apreciated!

"A common cause for this is say antivirus or security software intercepting secure connections in their attempts at helping you and instead causing you to have this issue." - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1084406

I have had a similar issue with Nod32 Antivirus and firefox accessing gov websites in Australia.

Our aim would be to individually turn off Norton then Malwarebytes whilst accessing a known secure site in between, such as google.

From there it's a matter of adding exceptions to certain websites or loosen the security on certificates through the perpetrating antivirus software.
