If you hook the fan up to a molex connector to power it.  The fan will run at full speed with no control over its rpm if its a PWM fan.

Without replacing hardware your options are Fan Splitter, Molex adapter, or fan controller.

Allows multiple fans to plug into one header.  It may cost you some PWM functionality if that's important to you.

There are splitters in varieties of 2pin/3pin DC or 4pin PWM.
