Arma 3 fps fix help

I love arma to bits but as everyone already knows it runs like shit. I can run it at max settings 10-15 fps, but on all low I get around 24-35. I have heard about the launch parameters, and max frames ahead tweaks and they haven't worked for me. I would love it if anybody could give me some input on fps fixes that worked for them. Thanks in advance my pc specs are horrible but you can look at them anyway on my profile. Thanks!

You can tweak settings all you like your CPU and GPU are not powerful enough for ARMA
