$1700 PC Gaming Setup - Help!

sammer

Hello All,

This is my first time ever putting together a build together. My total budget, including monitors and PC, is about $1700. I would like to stay under that preferably. The desk is not part of the price and neither is my keyboard, mouse, mousepad, or headset. I built a black/white PC but I need help to see if I can spend more/less on certain things to maximize my budget. I generally play CSGO, CoD, GTA, etc. I might want to get into some video editing but nothing major. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/ZjQcbj - Here is the link. Please help and advise!

Thanks,

sammer

PS: I want to be able to have a triple monitor setup someday, but only with the game on the Benq 144hz. Do I need a better graphics card?

Quiet fans with white LEDs for your case, a 2TB HDD for cheaper, better CPU imo.

Considerably better PSU

i tried to max out at 1500$, but if you're willing to spend more you can always swap out the monitors for better looking ones if you don't like them

getting the black s340 is also an option, since i tried to keep the build within the black color scheme

For overclocking the i7, wouldn’t I need a liquid cooler? Thanks for responding!
